HB Office
Given POLO Interior design's familiarity with HB's operations, it was a logical choice to engage them to revamp the leased offices to meet their requirements, similar to the current layout of HB Antwerp's offices and studios.
We conducted an extensive investigation to determine which materials and furniture from the demolition could be repurposed, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and circularity. A significant number of desks were able to be salvaged, along with the black granite floor and sanitary layouts. Environmental acoustics were given great consideration in all rooms and corridors, with most absorbent materials being integrated as suspended ceilings.
Certain structures were carefully preserved, serving as silent witnesses of the past, as they were cut down to the concrete layer. The incorporation of high-tech lighting in the dark ceilings enhances the luxurious experience for customers during their visit. The existing corporate identity signage in the entrance was extended to the visitors' corridor, ensuring a seamless visual transition. In the meeting rooms, the same ambiance as the offices above was maintained through the use of identical furniture and material colors.
