POLO Labs flourishes on the crossroads of fundamental academic research and the design profession’s essentially reactive practice. Here lies our strength. This is reflected in the composition of our team, a mix of staff with academic backgrounds and designers with their feet planted firmly in everyday practice. This multidisciplinary approach, complemented with specialists from other POLO teams as well as external consultants, provides us with the capacity to zoom in on very specific problems while never losing sight of the big picture: our planet and the enormous challenges ahead of us.
