Role
As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for one or more architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will play a key role within the project team and act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
You will: • manage projects independently and monitor quality, timing and budget • coordinate collaboration with clients, engineers and contractors • organise and streamline internal communication within the team • translate concepts into concrete designs and implementation documents • actively monitor sites and adopt a critical, solution-oriented approach • combine project management with hands-on involvement in design and development
You work according to the POLO methodology and take ownership of your projects, with scope to contribute to and make decisions on both content and technical matters
Profile
• You are an architect and have successfully completed your internship with the Institute of Architects. • You have the ambition and ability to lead projects independently • You combine organisational insight with a flair for design • You work in a structured manner and communicate clearly with various stakeholders • You are bilingual in Dutch and French (essential) • You have a good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit • You are proactive, critical and take responsibility
