Mobility hub

multifunctional transferium in Mechelen

The city of Mechelen is transforming the Keerdok and Eandis site near Rode-Kruisplein into a brand new city district with 800 homes. POLO, Archipelago Architects and Vogt Landscape architects collaborated on the winning tender design for the first development phase; a multifunctional, iconic, green and virtually energy-neutral mobility hub on the Eandis peninsula on the side of Antwerpsepoort. This project is a crucial step in the implementation of sustainable mobility and infrastructure in a liveable Mechelen.
